Role Overview
Design, manage, and continuously improve the quality control infrastructure for the Neighborhood Captains program.
Monitor captain outreach data in real time, flagging volume anomalies.
Conduct follow-up outreach to 5-10% of all reported voter contacts to verify interactions.
Recruit and manage a network of plants for quality reporting.
Translate QC findings into actionable feedback for Organizers.
Requirements
At least 3
5 years of experience in data quality, compliance, research operations, or a field that required rigorous attention to accuracy and pattern recognition.
Comfort working with data platforms, technology, and outreach tracking tools; ability to identify trends, anomalies, and underperformance in reporting dashboards.
Strong interpersonal skills — you'll need to conduct voter follow-up calls that feel warm and natural, not like audits.
Discretion and good judgment when escalating concerns; ability to distinguish between honest mistakes and bad actors.
Familiarity with community organizing, political campaigns, or relational outreach programs.
