Role Overview

• Onboarding Ensemble clients on EHP platform and applications
• Rolling out product capabilities and leading support
• Supervises other leaders in Product Implementation and Product Support areas
• Ensure timely delivery of Ensemble products and services
• Develops and executes operational strategies aligned with enterprise goals
• Sponsors innovation by advancing automation, AI adoption, and emerging technologies

Requirements

• 10 or more years of professional experience
• 5-10 years of relative formal leadership
• Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Experience
• Experienced in data integration, data analytics, and software workflow design
• Must be able to utilize SQL and various other tools to analyze, test, and validate revenue cycle data
• Must be able to work closely with Product and Engineering as well as consult on architectural decisions
