About this role
Role Overview
Leads the strategy and implementation of professional-credit programs.
Creates scalable learning solutions to meet the needs of individuals and organizations seeking personal or professional growth.
Engages with key stakeholders to gather learning needs and develop learning as well as strategic outcomes.
Collaborates with subject matter experts to develop content and learning experiences across various modalities.
Ensures course design and materials meet accessibility standards and best practices.
Serves as a subaccount administrator for Canvas LMS to support SME, staff, and students.
Oversees the delivery of training through digital resources (e-Learning) to provide flexible, scalable learning solutions.
Manages the Destiny One (D1) registration and reporting system for all professional-credit courses and professional development certificates.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in educational technology, instructional design, curriculum design, or a related discipline.
Five years of progressively responsible experience in course design, faculty training, or higher education sales, higher ed solutions, or related experience.
Experience with project management and Canvas LMS.
Familiarity with professional-credit registration systems (e.g., Destiny One).
Demonstrated experience working with confidential projects using discretion and independent judgment.
Familiarity with University Information Systems, such as Workday.
PMP certification.
Preference for individuals with deep connections to the St. Louis business and non-profit community.
Entrepreneurial with a thorough knowledge of instructional design principles, learning strategies, and information technology.
Highly collaborative with excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong analytical skills to conduct data analysis and develop recommendations.
Exceptional project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and multi-task.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities.
Proven ability to lead projects from initiation through closure, including managing timelines, resources, and cross-functional teams.
