Corrective and preventive maintenance, installation, and relocation of multifunction, multi-brand printers.
General microcomputer support.
Remote hands support when necessary.
Complete all technical training provided, in accordance with company policy.
Ensure compliance with service and resolution SLAs.
Update and communicate the status and progress of your tickets with the ticket management team, maintaining constant communication.
Accurately and thoroughly document all activities performed.
Management, control, and inventory of parts and components under your responsibility and of the local stock/storage if applicable.
Field service, including travel to customer sites for on-site support.
Travel expense control, including completion of travel and expense spreadsheets for fuel, parking, tolls, etc.

Minimum: completed technical high school diploma in Computer Science/IT or related fields.
Experience with laser printers.
Work in compliance with applicable safety standards and regulations.
Basic knowledge of electrical/electronic systems, computer hardware, and networking fundamentals.
Experience providing field support to end users.
Must reside in the city of employment.
Availability for frequent travel and long daily commutes.
Valid driver’s license (category B or equivalent).
A garage/parking space to store the vehicle is required if the car is rented/provided by the company.
