Credit Risk Review Analyst

Role Overview

• Supports the independent Credit Risk Review (CRR) function by performing analytical, reporting and governance activities
• Conducts research and data collection to support sample construction
• Prepares credit quality metrics, risk grade distributions, dashboards, and executive-level reporting
• Supports Credit Risk Review leadership and governance initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 1-5 years commercial banking experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, including use of complex formulas and data analysis techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Robust organizational skills with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build productive working relationships
• Familiarity with data analytics and technology-enabled solutions
• Understanding of process improvement concepts
