About this role
Role Overview
Work in partnership with UK and International clients to deliver robust, scalable solutions for the Workday Absence Management and Time Tracking (WDTT) modules.
Lead the end-to-end implementation and support of Workday Absence Management and Time Tracking components.
Build complex accruals, time entry codes, time calculations, and eligibility rules.
Configure advanced Business Process (BP) definitions, condition rules, validation rules, custom notifications, alerts, worklets, and delegations.
Maintain strong hands-on capability in creating, launching, and troubleshooting Inbound/Outbound EIBs, web services, and Core HCM foundational structures.
Prepare comprehensive test plans and test cases; conduct rigorous testing for client deployments.
Partner directly with HR stakeholders and global project teams to gather complex requirements and advise on Workday best practices.
Requirements
Minimum of 3–5+ years of core HRIS experience, with a proven track record of successfully delivering and supporting Workday Absence and Time Tracking projects.
Deep functional and technical knowledge of Workday HCM Core, Absence Management, and Time Tracking is essential.
Proven experience handling both net-new implementations and complex post-go-live support (AMS), including debugging and resolving high-priority tickets raised by HR users.
Strong client-facing experience in the UK, Ireland, or global markets.
Ability to confidently challenge status-quo processes and guide clients toward standard Workday functionality.
Up-to-date knowledge of the latest Workday features and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with a collaborative mindset suited for high-profile client environments.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage deliverables against tight deadlines and manage client expectations proactively.
A strong desire to solicit feedback, mentor junior consultants, and actively contribute to the growth of the Workday practice.
Native or professional fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
