Role Overview
Play a pivotal role in driving sustainable revenue growth across a defined portfolio of Key Account customers.
Own and execute a strategic, consultative sales approach enabling customers to procure enterprise-wide solutions.
Manage and grow a portfolio of Key Account customers, building long-term relationships.
Drive new customer acquisition by proactively identifying, targeting, and securing new clients.
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to strengthen account relationships and deliver effective local sales support.
Requirements
Demonstrates a proven track record in sales within the construction or a related sector, with a strong focus on driving growth and achieving targets.
Can develop and execute successful sales strategies within competitive markets to deliver consistent business results.
Can communicate and negotiate effectively, and has the ability to close deals and build strong, lasting customer relationships.
Has a data-driven approach and can maintain strong organizational skills to manage sales forecasts and pipelines efficiently.
Can leverage technical selling skills and use technology to enhance sales performance and customer engagement.
