Clinical Manager, RN – Ambulatory Infusion Clinics

Role Overview

• Manages multiple clinics across a geographic region or a specific service line
• Collaborates with Medical Directors, clinic leadership and stakeholders to ensure timely patient access to care, operational efficiency, and patient satisfaction
• Develops and implements staffing plans
• Evaluates delivery of patient care services and implements improvements
• Monitors customer service satisfaction and takes timely action to address issues

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing from an accredited program required
• Current RN licensure in Virginia or eligible compact state
• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience at least two as an RN
• 2 years clinical supervisor or other clinical leadership experience
• Management experience in an Ambulatory Environment preferred
