Manages and coordinates all administrative, managerial, ambulatory operations and clerical functions required for the operation of a highly complex patient care area or areas.
Develops business, operational, production and organizational priorities in conjunction with Clinical Leadership for assigned patient care area(s).
Provides leadership to Ambulatory Operations Management team consisting of both business and clinical leads within assigned patient care area or areas.
Requirements
Seven years of relevant experience, preferably in an ambulatory setting.
Two years supervisory experience.
Knowledge of ambulatory care and a background in clinic procedures.
IDX and Cerner experience a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Healthcare Administration, Nursing or related field or commensurate education and experience in lieu of a degree.
