Regional ID/DD Services Manager

Role Overview

• Provide leadership and oversight for Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (ID/DD) Residential Services across multiple locations.
• Supervise the daily operations of the sponsored residential program within the Developmental Disabilities Division.
• Supervise all Residential Managers and facility needs, including space, furnishings, and equipment.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge in regulation and documentation review.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a human services field or an acceptable degree is required.
• Must have five years of experience providing casework services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Supervisory experience within the field is required.
