Continuous Skills Development Manager

Role Overview

• leading and managing skills development initiatives for cell operators
• overseeing training delivery within the control center
• coordinating and supporting two rotating training teams delivering instruction across multiple shifts
• developing structured training programs, materials, and assessments
• partnering with operations leadership to identify skill gaps

Requirements

• 6 months experience as a Walmart Supply Chain associate OR 1 year's experience in manufacturing, warehousing, or distribution center environment OR 2 or more years' of college in a Business or related field
• excellent communication, coaching, and organizational skills
• previous experience working with adaptor cell systems and environments
• strong understanding of distribution center operations and control center functions
• demonstrated ability to lead training teams and deliver programs across shift-based operations
