Manage legal matters by coordinating investigations, research, negotiations, and outside counsel.
Draft, review, and standardize legal documents, notices, and forms supporting key initiatives.
Support compliance through guidance, training, and representation before administrative or judicial bodies.
Lead and develop associates by setting expectations, coaching performance, and fostering belonging.
Requirements
Law degree from an accredited law school and 4 years’ experience in law.
License to practice law in at least one state.
Experience providing legal counsel on complex business initiatives, compliance, and risk management.
Ability to translate legal analysis into practical recommendations for senior stakeholders.
Demonstrated capability managing litigation or regulatory matters, including outside counsel oversight.
Strong drafting and negotiation skills across contracts, governance documents, and disclosures.
Proven people leadership skills, including coaching, performance management, and talent development.
