Role Overview
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to enhance key business functions.
- Analyze data to assess current performance, identify gaps, and recommend sustainable solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on improvement strategies.
- Monitor program performance against metrics and address post-implementation issues.
- Provide guidance on policies and best practices to support operational excellence.
- Manage global projects by applying industry best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Human Resources, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field and 2 years’ experience in consulting, project management, business strategy, or relevant area OR 4 years’ experience in consulting, project management, business strategy, or related area.
- Proven expertise in process improvement and change management.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project management.
- Ability to conduct root cause analysis.
- Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent experience in continuous improvement methodologies.
