Requirements
Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience
Instructional design expertise, anchored in the student-centered learning philosophy using evidence-based approaches
Ability to build alliances and work independently
Familiarity with Biological Sciences or related field
Ability to cultivate and develop inclusive working relationships with students, faculty, staff, and community members
Expertise in instructional design and assessment strategy, applying learner-centered and evidence-based approaches
Proven ability to build high-quality curriculum that aligns learning objectives, content, and assessments
Experience managing multiple projects, timelines, and deadlines with consistency and reliability
Demonstrated success working in collaborative, cross-functional teams
