Further develop Balchem's Plant Nutrition business in the Southeast region
Develop existing customer base in SE and add additional distribution opportunities
Establish and maintain industry contacts that lead to sales
Actively promote Balchem's TEAM tissue analysis tool
Prepare technical plant nutrition presentations
Develop relationships with new and existing customers
Gather data on agribusiness trends and competitive intelligence
Make recommendations for opportunities to maximize sales
Meet established sales quotas and revenue goals
Provide technical support in product sales

4-year degree in Agricultural/Plant Science or related field
Minimum of 15 years of experience in sales of plant nutrition and biologicals agricultural products
Experience with managing a sales organization
Background in agronomy
Excellent communication skills required
Strong personality, self-starter, action/goal oriented
