Provide assistance to client service team members in the billing and processing of all new and renewal clients
Balance the workload of your own book of business while supporting larger and more complex accounts of the client service team
Work independently and on a team

High school diploma or equivalent
Must be detailed with excellent organizational and time management skills
Good interpersonal skills and a high sense of urgency
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to effectively build and maintain positive working relationships with management, colleagues and clients
Ability to get licensed in insurance within 3 months of hire
Bachelor’s degree in business related field (a plus but not required)
Licensed in Property & Casualty (required within your first 3 months)
