Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across technical roles
Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and define recruitment strategies
Identify and engage top internal and external talent
Build creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse candidate pipelines
Ensure fair, high-quality, and equitable assessment processes
Provide market insights and maintain a strong understanding of the candidate landscape
Recommend and help implement improvements to recruitment processes and practices
Collaborate with global Talent Acquisition and HR teams to share knowledge and best practices

Previous experience as a Technical Recruiter or Senior Recruiter
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are essential
Experience recruiting within complex technical environments such as Engineering, Data Science, ML, or AI
Ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle independently
A collaborative and consultative approach to recruitment
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment
Technical curiosity and willingness to learn
