Transportation Analyst – Traffic Management

Role Overview

• Support Enterprise Transportation and Logistics across all business units critical to the supply chain health
• Enable production and meet various program needs
• Provide optimal solutions utilizing contracted carriers for all modes of transportation balancing schedule and cost

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience working in logistics or transportation
• 4+ years of experience communicating with senior managers and executives, customers (internal and external), business partners / suppliers / subcontractors, and government representatives
• 4+ years of experience with multi-tasking and working in a team environment
• Experience using Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)
• 4+ years of experience managing ambiguity and changing priorities in a fast-paced collaborative environment
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience interfacing with senior and executive leadership preferred.
• 3+ years of experience with freight forwarding and/or transportation modes preferred (FTL, LTL, International and Domestic Air Freight, Ocean, Small Parcel)
• 1+ years of experience with documentation and certification requirements of dangerous goods in transportation in support to compliance initiative
