Requirements
10+ years of experience in people leadership, product/service management, program management, or a similar role
5+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated healthcare technology industry
Bachelor or advanced degree in Business or IT specification
Understanding of software development and/or service delivery methodologies
Understanding of solution, information and process architecture
Ability to create clarity about outcomes generated by teams

Proven track record in end-to-end CRM product management, from initial discovery and roadmap strategy through to global deployment and post-launch optimization.
Deep healthcare or life sciences industry experience, specifically navigating the complexities of HCP engagement, patient journeys, and medical-legal-regulatory (MLR) requirements.
Strong proficiency in data-driven decision-making, including experience with CRM analytics, closed-loop measurement, and translating raw data into actionable 'Voice of the Customer' insights.
Solid understanding of global privacy and compliance standards, ensuring all CRM activities and data collection methods adhere to international regulations and transparency laws.
