Role Overview
- Report to the SVP of Revenue Operations in a $1B SaaS business
- Lead global sales execution and operational cadence
- Manage and mentor regional operations leaders
- Oversee the implementation of standardized customer engagement practices
- Drive the adherence to Annual Operating Plans
- Identify bottlenecks in sales processes and implement solutions
- Foster a culture of operational excellence and change management
Requirements
- Strong experience in regional execution and operational discipline
- Proven track record of driving sales execution and forecasting
- Experience with performance management frameworks
- Familiarity with Customer Engagement Lifecycle processes
- Ability to standardize sales methodologies across global theaters
- Strong background in compensation planning and territory management
- Experience in partner integration and deal structuring
