- Lead HR Directors and HR Business Partners in the Aquaculture business
- Translate policies into business line strategies
- Shape organization design and leadership models
- Sponsor transformation initiatives within the business
Requirements
- Experience in a senior HR leadership role
- Strategic business partnering expertise
- Expertise in HR frameworks, standards, and policies
- Knowledge of organization design and leadership models
- Proven ability in strategic workforce planning
- Experience with digital and AI transformations
