About this role
Role Overview
Support the Sales team in the implementation of complex customer projects
Guide customers through the entire implementation and onboarding phase
Advise customers on technical and operational payment solutions
Coordinate between customers, partners and internal teams such as Product, Operations and Support
Support integrations and rollouts in the Hospitality and Vending sectors
Analyze customer requirements and develop suitable solution approaches
Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term customer retention
Assist with escalations and problem-solving for complex issues
Build and maintain sustainable customer relationships
Contribute to the development of internal processes and Customer Success structures
Requirements
Experience in Customer Success, project management, account management, or a comparable customer-facing role
Technical understanding and interest in digital payment solutions
Experience in Hospitality, Vending, POS systems, or self-service solutions is a plus
Structured and solution-oriented working style
Ability to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
Excellent German and English skills; French is a plus
