About this role
Role Overview
- Support the Sales team in the implementation of complex customer projects
- Guide customers through the entire implementation and onboarding phase
- Advise customers on technical and operational payment solutions
- Coordinate between customers, partners and internal teams such as Product, Operations and Support
- Support integrations and rollouts in the Hospitality and Vending sectors
- Analyze customer requirements and develop suitable solution approaches
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and long-term customer retention
- Assist with escalations and problem-solving for complex issues
- Build and maintain sustainable customer relationships
- Contribute to the development of internal processes and Customer Success structures
Requirements
- Experience in Customer Success, project management, account management, or a comparable customer-facing role
- Technical understanding and interest in digital payment solutions
- Experience in Hospitality, Vending, POS systems, or self-service solutions is a plus
- Structured and solution-oriented working style
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
- Excellent German and English skills; French is a plus
