About this role

Responsible for designing and delivering strategic early careers programmes
Partner with business leaders, P&C teams and external parties to build engaging programmes
Shape the early careers experience across attraction, onboarding, development, engagement and retention
Monitor and evaluate the impacts of experiences, engagement and development offers
Provide input into early careers attraction strategy, campus engagement, employer branding and candidate experience

University degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Psychology or related discipline (or equivalent experience)
5 ~ 10 years of relevant experience in talent management, learning, recruitment or early careers development
Deep knowledge and proven ability to deliver a global approach for early careers experience, learning and development
Strong experience in defining and creating meaningful early careers pathways and journeys
Ability to use data and feedback to improve programme outcomes and experiences
Validated capability in early careers development strategy and best practice
Proven ability to lead core early careers development offers at a cohort level across multiple geographies and intakes
