Role Overview
Lead the sale of a modern cloud-native Master Data Management (MDM) / Master Data Platform
Win new BFSI customer through solution-centric, consultative selling
Lead end-to-end complex sales cycles: discovery, value positioning, proposal, negotiation, and closing
Develop and deliver a value-add and solution-centric customer experience
Engage senior and C-level stakeholders to uncover needs and craft value-based solutions
Collaborate with partners to amplify market reach
Requirements
7+ years of experience in enterprise software solution selling
Successful proven track record in selling enterprise software solutions
Proven insurance-sector sales experience
Build and maintain a robust pipeline across Tier-1 and Tier-2 banks, insurers, and fintechs
Proven success selling Master Data Management (MDM), data platforms, or data/AI solutions into BFSI
Experience with Salesforce and/or Clari
