- 2+ years’ experience in financial services industry
- 1+ years' experience working with/supporting agencies or advisors
- Experience with eMoney or other financial planning Software
- Prior experience as a Paraplanner CFP® or progress towards CFP® designation
- Communication skills (verbal and written)
- Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and other digital platforms
- Strong technological proficiency
- Robust research skills
- Organizational and interpersonal skills
