About this role
Role Overview
Apply expertise in IT service management and governance to support key processes
Lead defined workstreams and day-to-day governance activities
Improve audit readiness and enhance operational resilience
Coordinate Release Management governance
Support audit readiness by coordinating evidence and tracking actions
Assess technology risk and control effectiveness, making recommendations accordingly
Produce governance reporting across KPIs, KRIs, and control effectiveness
Requirements
Significant experience within enterprise service management
Practical understanding of ITIL-based practices
Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels
