Role Overview
- Analysis and proper execution of month-end closing activities.
- Capital Expenditure (CAPEX) Tracker
- Creation of monthly and annual reports and metrics.
- Execution of physical and remote inventories (all PPG locations, both regions)
- Analysis, integration validation, and upload of account reconciliations to the platform.
- Addressing audit requirements (internal and external) and following up.
- Activities to update internal controls (audit board, SOPs, etc.)
Requirements
- Education in accounting/finance (High-school or University degree) or accounting skills
- 2 years of experience in fixed assets.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and procedures (US GAAP).
- Knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, functions).
- Knowledge of an ERP system (SAP or Oracle would be an advantage).
