About this role
Role Overview
- Own the end-to-end marketing measurement strategy across various channels
- Design, launch, and analyze experiments and causal inference studies
- Build and productionize predictive models using SQL and Python or R
- Create executive-ready dashboards to track KPIs and performance drivers
- Partner with Strategic Finance and Marketing leadership on planning processes
- Manage multiple concurrent projects while elevating the team’s analytical standards
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in marketing analytics or data science
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and either Python or R
- Hands-on experience designing and analyzing marketing experiments
- Proven track record implementing marketing measurement approaches
- Experience building business-facing dashboards and tools
- Familiar with modern data warehouses and version control
- Ability to translate business questions into analytical roadmaps
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field or equivalent experience
