Handle litigation and draft legal documents (contracts, deeds, memos, etc.)
Provide legal advice and expertise regarding risks affecting the owner (CMA CGM SA)
Draft legal instruments, including contracts and notices, and implement remedies and recoveries
Negotiate liability cases and claims within the authority granted by company management
Monitor case law and manage legal proceedings in coordination with external lawyers, solicitors, surveyors, etc.

Postgraduate degree (or bachelor’s degree plus 5 years’ experience) in Law (preferably focused on shipping, insurance, or international trade)
Fluent in written and spoken English
Proficient with office and IT tools
Strong interpersonal skills
Rigour, responsiveness, and strong analytical and synthesis skills
