Manage the full-cycle accounts payable & accounts receivable process from data entry to retailer/vendor communications
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and provide insights for decision-making.
Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Support the implementation, maintenance and administration of accounting software and systems.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
Requirements
You have 2-3 years of accounting experience with knowledge and application of GAAP
A detail oriented go-getter who enjoys collaborating cross functionally
Excel & Googlesheets whiz (formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, VBA) to automate and streamline accounting processes.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Netsuite, Ramp, Bill.com, Google suite
