In this key role, you take technical ownership of projects: from architecture to quality assurance, and you lead a dev team.
In close collaboration with project managers, you develop concepts and decision frameworks that guide both clients and our teams through the project.
You coach and mentor developers, introduce best practices, and establish standards.
You evaluate new technologies and ensure our solutions remain future-proof.
You maintain the balance between hands-on coding and strategic oversight.
You translate complex requirements into smart, usable products.
Requirements
You are an experienced architect of web solutions—preferably with Craft CMS or another solid foundation; what matters most is that you understand the mechanics behind it.
Strong command of frontend frameworks, preferably Vue.js—and you know when which tool makes sense.
Extensive experience designing system architectures, integrations (APIs, shop systems such as Shopware, Headless CMS) and cloud environments.
You think not only in code but also in solutions: scalability, security and sustainability are not buzzwords for you but everyday practice.
You enjoy technically leading teams, sharing knowledge, and setting high standards together.
Positive mindset with a sense of humor—our culture is professional but never dusty.
Ideally a university of applied sciences (FH/HF) degree or equivalent practical experience.
Fluent German (English is a nice-to-have).
