Work closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders, including startup program leads, cross-functional marketing teams, and internal partner alliances
Collaborate to conceptualize and build tailored portfolios of programs and initiatives
Plot and track execution, monitor investments, and ensure delivery against India's regional startup acquisition and growth targets
Manage complex stakeholder and vendor relationships
Drive operational excellence through unconventional marketing experiences (e.g., F2F events, social / digital campaigns, virtual events, customer references)
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
2-3 years of marketing experience in a technology environment directly supporting sales teams
Experience in startup marketing roles in B2B tech
Experience in sales stakeholder management
Experience supporting VC and Incubator partnerships
Experience in StartUp Marketing
Ability to engage with sales stakeholders and conveying crisp business outcomes and narratives using data
Experience in managing and delivering scaled cross channel integrated programs with clear goals and objectives
Core experience across SEM, Social media marketing, Content syndication and ABM
Expertise in storytelling with a data lens
Expertise in advanced level reporting and analytics like SQL
