Conduct meetings scheduled by the SDR (pre-sales) team through to deal closure, make cold calls, and subsequently be responsible for logging contacts in the CRM according to our service model and funnel cadences;
Perform active outbound prospecting with potential clients in the database;
Execute follow-ups according to the stages of the sales funnel;
Conduct consultative sales and be responsible for the entire sales process (negotiation and closing);
Prepare, present, and send commercial proposals;
Negotiate commercial terms to close deals;
Maintain an organized calendar and ensure accurate CRM entries to capture information for each lead/client;
Identify improvements for processes and/or products.
Requirements
Availability to work in a hybrid model from one of our offices, in São Paulo/SP or Joinville/SC (depending on location), onsite 3 days per week;
Experience in active prospecting; experience in the technology sector or startups is desirable;
Strong organizational, persuasion, and negotiation skills;
Knowledge of sales metrics/KPIs is a plus;
Proactive approach to identify improvements and drive weekly actions/strategies to achieve results;
Knowledge of sales methodologies (BANT, AINDA, SPIN Selling, Challenger Sale and/or SPICED) is a plus.
