Inside Sales – Mid-level

Role Overview

• Lead negotiations from first contact through to closing;
• Operate autonomously to make commercial decisions;
• Conduct discovery, proposal, and closing meetings;
• Understand the metrics behind actions and recommend adjustments;
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams;
• Share learnings and propose improvements.

Requirements

• Proven track record in active prospecting and closing deals, preferably in technology or SaaS;
• Consistent performance: more than short-term peaks, we seek someone with sustainable delivery and commercial predictability;
• Strong proficiency with CRM systems;
• Experience monitoring metrics and analyzing performance (sales KPIs);
• Problem-solver mindset;
• Experience with sales methodologies: SPIN, SPICED, Challenger Sale;
• Effective communication with peers and cross-functional teams;
• Availability for a hybrid setup in São Paulo or Joinville, with on-site presence twice a week.
