Responsible for servicing clients such as presidents, CEOs, directors, and others via multichannel support (phone, email, and chat)
Deliver excellent customer service, handling the following matters: air travel
name correction/change, air travel
pet transport, air travel
passenger splitting, among others
Inclusion of minors, air travel
special services, air travel
overbooking, air travel
cancellation/rescheduling, bereavement
Change to an earlier flight, hotel
guest change / guest addition / extra services and issuance
Manage product queues and distribute cards in the leader's absence or as assigned by the leader
Perform all of the above processes in addition to ticket issuance and special client follow-up
Knowledge of visa requirements, travel insurance, and vaccinations required for international destinations
Provide travel consultancy with information about the different tourist destinations sold by the agency, and inform costs and availability for the selected dates;

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
Proficiency with airline portals: E-Latam, E-Gol, Azul, Passaredo and the Wooba portal
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress
Intermediate English and/or Spanish
Experience in travel agencies, preferably a multi-brand agency
Experience in planning customized domestic and international trips
Knowledge of tour operator portals and flight consolidator portals
Knowledge of Amadeus
Excellent sales and negotiation skills, client approach, and ability to handle objections
Excellent verbal and written communication
