You will manage your own smaller accounts and act as the main point of contact for SEA, with professional support from more experienced colleagues
You plan, manage and optimize campaigns, primarily within the Google Ads ecosystem
You analyze campaign data (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, GA4, Looker Studio) and derive actions from it, ranging from bidding strategies to asset optimization
You write ad copy, conduct keyword and audience research, create assets and work on structured account setups
You use AI in your daily work, for example for ad copy, research or initial hypotheses
You work closely with SEO/GEO, tracking, social and project management
Requirements
Initial practical experience in SEA, for example as a working student or with 1 to 3 years of professional experience
Willingness to take responsibility for your own (smaller) accounts from day one, including direct client contact
Confidence working with numbers and statistics, plus strong copywriting skills for ads
Interest in how paid search is evolving through AI and automation
Ability to independently acquire knowledge and proactively seek feedback
Structured working style and reliability
German language skills at C1 level
