Senior Associate, Process Manager

Role Overview

• Lead moderate to complex projects, processes and programs.
• Responsible for process ownership across Branch and Cafe Operations.
• Ongoing scheduled review and maintenance of process and procedures.
• Responsible for program level communication planning and ensuring stakeholders are informed.
• Accountable for timely execution of the review process and the data integrity within the program.
• Responsible for identifying, communicating, and remediating process/project gaps.
• Utilize data driven insights to design, develop, and manage process documentation.
• Ensure processes are documented appropriately to mitigate risk and delivered on time.
• Exhibit outstanding influencing skills to effectively drive process/program efforts.
• Runs retrospectives and analyzes output of reviews to inform program enhancements.
• Partner with cross-functionally and provide strategic and tactical thought partnership.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent certification
• At least 5 years of experience with Project or Process Management
• Bachelor's Degree or Military experience (preferred)
• 6+ years of experience with Project or Process Management (preferred)
• PMP, BPM, Lean, Agile or Six Sigma certification (preferred)
