Plan and lead onboarding journeys, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for new hires;
Create, review and update facilitation materials and educational content, applying learning methodologies to maximize knowledge transfer and business impact;
Map development needs and propose strategies aligned with organizational demands, working autonomously and with a consultative approach alongside Business Partners;
Manage learning metrics (NPS, participation, effectiveness), generate insights and propose action plans focused on results;
Plan and execute events, workshops and continuous learning programs, managing multiple projects simultaneously with organization, timeliness and quality;
Manage corporate learning platforms (LMS), including learning tracks, pathways and gamification;
Curate internal and external content, seeking strategic partnerships and market references;
Develop and sustain programs through a diversity, equity and inclusion lens, contributing to a more plural and representative learning culture;
Support internal learning academies and multidisciplinary development initiatives;
Administer educational subsidies and incentive processes (reimbursements, policies, acceptance agreements);
Participate in the communication, governance and maintenance of learning programs.
Requirements
Previous experience in Corporate Education, L&D or related areas, proposing solutions, leading projects autonomously and influencing stakeholders;
Knowledge of adult learning methodologies and program design;
Experience with LMS platforms and content authoring tools;
Analytical ability to interpret metrics and make data-driven decisions;
Skill in curating and producing digital content (SCORM packages, eBooks, learning tracks);
Experience or genuine interest in diversity, equity and inclusion topics applied to people development;
Project and process management: organization, prioritization and ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously;
Preferred: experience with gamification, agile methodologies applied to education and budget management.
