About this role
Role Overview
Build relationships with accounting and sales stakeholders; own the monthly close and re-forecast process for GTM cost centers.
Audit existing reports and dashboards, identifying quick wins for automation and standardization that support effective analysis.
Deliver an automated reporting suite that gives leadership real-time visibility into GTM performance metrics (CAC, retention, engagement).
Conduct deep-dive analyses on unit economics for new deals and new offerings to inform investment decisions.
Begin contributing to adjacent Strategic Finance workstreams as priorities shift, including ad-hoc analyses that support Investor Relations and the public markets narrative.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in strategic finance, FP&A, investment banking, transaction advisory or equity research.
Strong financial modeling skills in Excel or Google Sheets, with a solid understanding of corporate finance principles (forecasting, variance analysis, business modeling).
Excellent communication skills—ability to synthesize and present insights to leadership and cross-functional partners.
Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams independently.
Preferred Requirements: Experience business partnering with S&M and other functions at high-growth tech, healthcare, or B2B2C businesses.
Passion for using AI to boost team efficiency, financial analytics and accuracy.
Prior experience with SFDC, Adaptive Planning, Mode Analytics, and/or SQL.
High interpersonal intelligence with an aptitude for listening, building relationships, and influencing stakeholders.
