About this role
Role Overview
Develop and maintain an effective business, sales, and marketing plan for assigned territory
Manage and grow your portfolio of existing accounts, up and cross selling
Prospect and develop a new portfolio of clients with support from an Inside sales and marketing department
Address targeted prospects showcasing the benefit of solutions and demonstrating ROI
Monitor the competitive landscape at your customers and in the market
Manage a complex sales process with a sales cycle of up to 8 months
Leverage presales and customer success resources
Retain customers through interpersonal skills, establishing yourself as a partner within customer organizations
Attend events and represent the company at trade shows
Provide regular reporting focusing on results and actions with an ambitious business development plan
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of sales experience and account management ideally selling Legal Services or SaaS platforms
Language skills: fluency in English and Italian, any other language a plus
Proven top performer with a track record of selling and closing transactions over 100K service
Ability to interact with corporate and law firm clients, understand their IP needs, create tailored solutions, and grow revenue
Exceptional analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently in a mostly remote, regionally distributed environment, with minimal supervision
Commitment to responsiveness and professionalism in managing client expectations and internal collaboration
Training in “solution” or “customer-centric” selling
