Robot Technician – 1st Shift

Role Overview

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with robotic systems, automated assembly tooling, AGVs and AGCs including mechanical, electrical, and programming problems
• Write, modify, and debug Fanuc robot programs to meet production requirements and improve efficiency
• Conduct repairs on Fanuc robots as needed, including replacing parts and components
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and modifications
• Work closely with MEs and Production staff to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation
• Provide basic operation/troubleshoot training to line technicians, Planners and MEs

Requirements

• 1 year of Fanuc robot programming and operation
• AGV programming and experience
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions
• Communication: Good communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and explain technical concepts
• Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail when performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation
• Proficient computer skill with experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
