Role Overview
- Territory Manager of the FG WILSON brand in China
- Support of FG WILSON Diesel genset (and extended FG WILSON portfolio) business growth in the region
- Business Development of new customers in region
- Support and development of distribution channels
- Close collaboration with EPC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction) and Engineering Consulting companies
- Continuous development of the FG WILSON presence in the assigned regions
- Supervision of preparation of technical and commercial proposals in collaboration with other stakeholders
- Management and support of technical and commercial proposal negotiations in coordination with relevant decision-makers
Requirements
- Successfully completed engineering or business degree or related field
- Specialization in mechanical engineering/industrial engineering/electrical engineering or equivalent will be considered an advantage
- Extensive knowledge of the diesel genset market in assigned regions will be considered a strong advantage
- Ability to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions that enhance satisfaction
- Skilled in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and colleagues
- Knowledge of selling strategies and ability to communicate product/service value aligned with customer needs
- Business-level English skills, both written and spoken (minimum level B2/C1)
