Operates as lead point of contact on assigned projects within the client account
Provides quality control of client deliverables and ensures the highest standards of quality control
Coordinates and participates in content planning meetings with key content experts and personnel
Responsible for overall management and delivery of individual client project assignments
Facilitates medical-legal-regulatory review process to ensure compliance
Works with Project Management team to develop timelines and communicate milestones
Executes project according to timelines and budgets
Identifies possible red flags in projects and proactively alerts team
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
At least one year of experience as an Assistant Account Executive or Account Executive within an advertising, marketing, communication or related industry
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
