Serve as a key Supply Chain partner driving the development and execution of Every Man Jack’s operational strategies
Own repack-focused supply planning to optimize inventory, minimize waste, improve inventory turns, and meet targeted service levels and KPIs
Support new product launches, transitions, and optimizations throughout the product life cycle
Solve complex issues where analysis of situations and data requires in-depth evaluation of a wide variety of factors
Develop and manage repack supply plans for finished goods requiring component inventory
Execute repack plans by managing component inventory flow
Partner with repack sites to optimize schedules and dynamically prioritize items
Identify & escalate supply risks and partake in decision-making process for resolution
Monitor and drive performance KPIs, including weeks of supply, repack attainment, and customer service levels
Track, report, and reduce excess or at-risk inventory

3+ years of supply chain experience
CPG experience preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field
Strong knowledge of material/production planning, inventory control and warehouse operations
Experience with supply-related systems (MRP, ERP, etc.)
Advanced proficiency in Excel, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Amazon 3P experience is a plus
Proven project management capabilities
