Support the coordination and monitoring of international drop shipment operations across Central America and the Caribbean.
Serve as a key control point between suppliers, customers, carriers, and logistics partners.
Ensure end-to-end visibility and consistent follow-up of ocean freight shipments.
Coordinate and monitor international drop shipments across Asia, South America, North America, and Europe.
Track containers and key milestones while maintaining accurate, up-to-date shipment visibility.
Support ocean freight operations by monitoring execution from suppliers, customers, and logistics partners.
Review and ensure completeness and timeliness of shipping documentation.
Communicate effectively with suppliers, customers, freight forwarders, and carriers.
Support reporting and analysis on shipment volumes, transit times, routing, and performance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Business, or a related field.
Relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or a similar role (internships are considered valuable experience).
Basic understanding of ocean freight processes, including shipping documentation such as Bills of Lading and Certificates of Origin, as well as general international trade flows.
Intermediate Excel skills preferred, including the use of basic formulas, filters, and ideally pivot tables for data analysis.
Working proficiency in English.
