About this role
Role Overview
Partner with People Leaders on Human Resources strategies and initiatives
Ensure a positive employee experience for their direct and indirect reports
Implement effective HR practices supporting human capital management and business growth
Administer employee benefit programs and serve as point of contact for benefits-related inquiries
Oversee open enrollment and coordinate with third-party vendors
Manage leave of absence programs in compliance with laws and policies
Coordinate recruitment process for operations roles
Manage employee lifecycle
Ensure compliance with employment regulations and company policies
Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions supporting the Organization
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or related field, or commensurate work experience
3 years of experience in Human Resources
1 year of experience in benefits administration and leave management
SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred
Financial industry experience preferred
Experience in areas of employment law and regulation associated with organizational responsibility
Working knowledge of Human Capital Management Systems
Workday experience preferred
Attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast paced work environment
