Role Overview
- Manages and provides reporting for staffing on the program
- Plans and coordinates organizational facility requirements
- Develops and deploys localized organizational information
- Provides data for management review and tracks execution of the plan to communicate status to all project participants
- Conducts research and analyzes data from multiple sources
- Delivers informational or organizational materials to senior leaders
- Provides logistics and facilitation of personnel seating and moves between buildings
- Collaborates with subject matter experts, suppliers, partners and customers to deploy broad organizational onboarding and training
Requirements
- Experience in using the MyLearning system
- Experience working closely with Facilities Operations, Purchase Orders, and/or classified work environment
- Self-motivated problem-solver who is comfortable with dynamic, fast paced environments
- Experience with project management and the ability to self-manage projects
- 3+ years of experience using Microsoft Office software
- 3+ years of experience synthesizing information and creating reports
- 3+ years of experience communicating, collaborating, and building consensus with stakeholders
- Bachelors’ Degree or higher preferred
