Execute assigned customer success and proposal support processes in strict compliance with established SOPs, policies, and governance guidelines.
Provide operational and administrative support for end-to-end proposal, quotation, contract, and renewal activities.
Maintain accurate status of projects, contracts, proposals, and quotations throughout their lifecycle—from creation to closure.
Gather, validate, and summarize enabling data required to execute tasks effectively.
Ensure timely, accurate, and clean data updates in business systems (e.g., SAP, IFS, internal workflow apps).
Extract system data and publish standard reports and dashboards for regional stakeholders as per defined cadence.
Monitor aging items and proactively follow up to maintain process health and visibility.
Work closely with regional, domestic, and global stakeholders (CSMs, Sales, Planning, Finance, Operations) to ensure smooth execution and compliance.
Demonstrate ownership and accountability for meeting process objectives, SLAs, commitments, and deadlines.
Support root-cause analysis for deviations raised by stakeholders and document corrective actions.
Use official communication tools (emails, meetings, conference calls) to engage with peers, customers, and stakeholders on process updates, discussions, feedback, and presentations.
Identify opportunities for process improvements, standardization, and automation to enhance efficiency and customer outcomes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, Commerce, Operations, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in Customer Success Support, Proposal Operations, Sales Operations, or Commercial Operations.
Experience supporting global or regional teams is preferred.
Strong Skills in Microsoft excel for working with data, Solving Problems and drawing insight from different sources
Understanding of Presales/Proposals
