Role Overview
- First point of contact for customers
- Greet and guide all customers through the car rental process
- Prepare rental agreements and advise on optional extras
- Create the best rental experience and maximize sales opportunities
- Handle customer inquiries, organized and service-oriented
Requirements
- Motivated and enjoy direct customer contact
- Experience from sectors such as sales, service, or tourism
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Willing to work various shifts, including nights, weekends and public holidays
- Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record
- Authorized to work in the US and not require work authorization sponsorship
