Serve as a strategic liaison across Insights, Space, and Merchant teams to align decisions with execution realities.

Drive process optimization, risk mitigation, and data-informed decision-making to support operational excellence.
Requirements
Option 1: Bachelor’s degree in business, merchandising, operations, or related area and 5 years’ experience in retail operations, merchandising, or modular execution, including 2 years’ experience leading teams or cross-functional programs.
Option 2: 7 years’ progressive experience in retail operations, merchandising, or modular execution, with demonstrated leadership of large-scale relay/mod initiatives.
Extensive experience in strategic planning, execution leadership, and governance of complex initiatives.
Proven ability to manage portfolios and resources effectively, balancing capacity with business priorities.
Expertise in process optimization, risk management, and data analysis to drive operational excellence.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, enabling alignment between insights, merchant, and leadership teams.
Demonstrated leadership in mentoring and developing high-potential talent to build future leaders.
Ability to design and monitor KPIs, ensuring continuous improvement and quality standards.
